HANOI (9 Oct 2013) – The cancellation of a training camp by the Chinese Football Association (CFA) at the end of the month has put the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) in a quandary.
Vietnam had wanted to use the camp which also included two matches against the Chinese national side to prepare for the 27th SEA Games in Myanmar at the end of the year.
The CFA had cited financial problems as the reason for the cancellation.
Vietnam chief coach Chen Yun Fat is now looking at either South Korea or Taiwan as the alternative venue for the camp. The Vietnam girls are now currently in Da Lat for centralized training.
