HANOI (2 July 2011) – The second round of the Vietnam National Women’s League will begin today with defending champions Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) set to take on bitter rivals Ha Noi Trang An 1 in the northern province of Ha Nam today.
At the end of the first round, HCMC are ranked third with eight points from two wins, two draws and one loss.
Ha Noi Trang An 1 are leading the table with ten points while second is Phong Phu Ha Nam.
There are six teams taking part in the second leg of the women’s championships, which will end on 20 July 2011.
