VIENTIANE (10 August 2012) – The national women’s teams of Laos and the Cambodian SALT Academy, will clash in two friendly games that have been arranged for 11 and 12 August 2012 at the Chao Anouvong Stadium.
Both Laos and SALT Academy will field their respective Under-15 and Under-18 teams for the games that are being organised by the Lao Football Federation (LFF) in cooperation with the German Embassy and the Olympic Sports Confederation with the support of FIFA.
This is the second time that the friendly is being arranged after the first game in 2009 when the Laos U15 squad, coached by Volker Hofferbert, played against their Cambodian counterparts.
Then, the game had ended in a 2-1 win for the hosts.
