HO CHI MINH CITY (22 Feb 2014) – Defending champions Hanoi One begun their title defence in the Vietnam Women’s Football League in earnest when they rolled past Hanoi Two 4-1 at the Thong Nhat Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City.
Striker Nguyen Thi Hue grabbed a brace to be followed by other goals from midfielder Nguyen Thi Kim Tien and veteran striker Nguyen Thi Muon as Hanoi Two replied with their only goal of game through Thai Thi Thao.
