MANILA (19 March 2013) – Other than the Younghusband brothers, Michael Weiss the chief coach of the Philippines national team, has also included Fulham keeper Neil Etheridge and veteran Emilio Caligdong for their challenge in the AFC Challenge Cup qualifying round slated for 22-26 March 2013.
A total of 23 players have been called for the meet that will be held at the Rizal National Memorial Stadium.
Philippines are in Group E of the AFC Challenge Cup qualifiers against Brunei, Cambodia and Turkmenistan. They will open their campaign against Brunei on 22 March 2013.
