MANILA (21 Feb 2013) – Michael Weiss has accepted the six months extension that was offered by the Philippines Football Federation (PFF) to continue in his capacity as the chief coach.
“Regardless of six months or six years, I prepare for always the same,” said Weiss. “That’s okay, I’m happy to be here. But I can go tomorrow. I will be happy with that.”
Weiss’ immediate task will be for the qualifying round of the AFC Challenge Cup in March where they will be up against Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia and Turkmenistan.
