SYDNEY (30 November 2024) – Interim Head Coach Tom Sermanni described the CommBank Matildas’ performance against Brazil as “mixed” after the side was defeated 3-1 on Thursday evening.
He was speaking to the media in the aftermath of the match.
“Unfortunately, in the game, we weren’t able to nullify what their [Brazil’s] threats were,” he said.
