VIETTEL LIFT VIETNAM UNDER-19 CROWN

HANOI (27 March 2009) – The Viettel Football Centre won the National U-19 Football Cup when they beat Hoang Anh Gia Lai 4-3 in the penalty shoot-out in Pleiku last week.

The Vietnam National U19 Football championship saw eight qualified teams battling it out from 12-20 March 2009.

The participating teams were Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Nam Dinh, the Viettel Football Centre, Song Lam Nghe an, Quang Ninh Coal, Becamex Binh Duong, Binh Thuan and Tien Giang.
