HO CHI MINH CITY (30 Oct 2013) – Fresh from finishing third at the recent AFF Miracle of Life Futsal Championship in Bangkok, Vietnam will now look to prepare to play against world champions Brazil next month.
Vietnam will be part of a four-team event in Ho Chi Minh City on 20-23 November with the other two teams being Thailand and Japan.
“The team is resting at the moment,” said Vietnam coach Sergio Gargelli.
“We will begin training again next week in preparation for this tournament. It will be a great test for us to play against these big teams.
“For sure, it will better prepare us for the SEA Games at the end of the year.”
