VIETNAM 2010 LEAGUE SEASON START ON SATURDAY

Da Nang, playing in their first ever Super Cup match are led by former three-time Golden Ball winner Le Huynh Duc, where for the new season, they have signed five national players – including goal keeper Tran Duc Cuong, striker Phan Thanh Hung and defender Vo Hoang Quang – to their side.

Thanh Hoa will be boosted by the presence of veteran national players Thach Bao Khanh and Le Phuoc Tu.

The Super Cup winners will receive VND150 million (USD8,820) with the runners-up to take home ND70 million (USD4,120).

Song Lam Nghe An have won the most number of Super Cup with three following victories in 2000, 2001 and 2002.

Kick-off will be at 1530hrs (local time) and will be broadcast live on VTV3 channel.
