VFF OFFER UP TO USD850,000 FOR AFF SUZUKI CUP 2010 WIN

The defending champions conceded a 2-0 loss to tournament surprise package Philippines in their last group match two days ago and will head into the crucial clash of Group B tomorrow where they have to beat Singapore to book their place in the semi-finals.

VFF stated that they will contribute USD250,000 (VND5 billion) with the remaining USD100,000 (VND2 billion) to come from VP Bank.

“If they win, they will also get rewards from VFF’s partners and sponsors,” said VFF chairman Nguyen Trong Hy.

And this could be up to an additional USD500,000 (VND10 billion).

Two years ago, the team was rewarded with USD200,000 (VND4 billion) by the VFF.
