BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (4 Sept 2012) – Brunei made it two wins out of two in their tour of Malaysia where last night, they dumped Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) 1-0 in Shah Alam.
The only goal in the game came late in the second half when Ak Safri Pg Othman made good on a corner kick ten minutes to the end.
Yesterday’s match was the second in four friendlies Brunei have arranged in preparation ahead of next month’s AFF Suzuki Cup qualifiers in Myanmar.
A few days earlier, the Sultanate side had beaten a team from the ATM 4-1 at the Perak Stadium.
Their next friendly will be against Harimau Muda tomorrow and then Kelantan on Saturday.
