SINGAPORE (13 June 2014) – It is a three-way fight at the top of the Great Eastern Yeo’s S.League as Tampines Rovers FC picked up three more points tonight to keep pace with leaders DPMM FC and second placed Warriors FC.
Playing away to Harimau Muda at the Pasir Gudang Stadim in Johor did not deter the more experienced Tampines Rovers FC side from picking up the full points through Jozef Kaplan in the 40th minute.
The win has allowed Tampines to stay on third at the standings with 31 points from 16 matches played. On second is Warriors FC who are on the same 31 points and the same number of games played.
DPMM are leading the pack with the same number of points but they do have a game in hand.
Fourth-placed Home United lost steam on the night when they fell to a 3-1 loss to Hougang United.
