PHNOM PENH (22 April 2010) – Phnom Penh Crown FC made it three out of three in the Metfone Cambodia League 2010 when they overcame Prek Pra Keila FC with the slimmest of 2-1 margin at the National Olympic Stadium this week.
A quick brace from Heng Sokly in the 10th and 12th minute was enough to put Phnom Penh in a comfortable position even though Prek Pra Keila did pull a goal back on 37 minute off Fouet Soulkiphly. And while Prek Pra Keila did try to stage a comeback in the second half, Phnom Penh just held their defence together for the full points. The win was the third in a row for Phnom Penh following their 8-1 win over Wat Phnom in the season opening match last month before their 9-0 demolition of Chhma Khmao in their second game.
