YANGON (8 Nov 2014) – Myanmar have lined up three friendly matches in Qatar as part of their preparation for the AFF Suzuki Cup in two weeks.
The team under Radojko Avramovic arrived in Doha last week and where they will be based until 18 November before they head out to Singapore for the tournament this year.
Myanmar – who emerged as the winner of the qualifying round of the AFF Suzuki Cup – have confirmed a match against Qatar Stars League side AL Sailiya SC.
For the AFF Suzuki Cup, Myanmar are in Group B against hosts Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.
Group A are Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and Laos.
