HANOI (13 August 2014) – Becamex Binh Duong picked up their third V-League crown this week despite being held to a 1-1 draw by SHB Da Nang at home at the Binh Duong Stadium.
Binh Duong who had already established an unassailable lead going into the final game of the season, did enough for the one point when they were crowned kings of Vietnam football with 49 points from 15 wins, four draws and just three losses.
Hanoi T&T, who were champions last season, finished as runners-up with 47 points – seven points ahead of third-placed Thanh Hoa.
