PHNOM PENH (15 Oct 2011) – Thailand will take on Myanmar in the final of the BIDC Cup tomorrow afternoon at the National Olympic Stadium.
The Thais – the champions of the AFF Under-19 Championship in Yangon last month – best hosts Cambodia 2-1 in the first semi-final that was played yesterday.
Myanmar on the other hand fought back from being a goal down at the half to hold Vietnam to a 1-1 draw at the end of regulation.
In the penalty shootout, it was Myanmar who emerged victorious with a 5-4 win.
