BANGKOK (9 Nov 2014) – Thailand showed their prowess to stroll past the Philippines 3-0 in a friendly that was played tonight in Nakhon Ratchisima – the Thai team training base.
The team under talismanic Kiatisak Senamuang went ahead in the 30th minute through Mongkol Thossakrai before Prakit Deeprom added a second in the 54th minute.
The several substitutions soon after gave Philippines some fresh legs but it did little to rattle Thailand as the hosts went further ahead with the third goal of the game through Kroekrit Thawikan right at the end.
Both teams are gearing up for the AFF Suzuki Cup which will begin on 22 November.
