BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (5 Feb 2012) – Brunei’s only fully professional outfit DPMM FC received a timely boost this week when ten local sponsors came forward to support their campaign in Singapore’s S-League.
The event was attended by DPMM FC’s vice-chairman YAM Pg Maharaja Setia Laila Diraja Sahibul Irshad Pg Anak Haji Abdul Rahim Pg Indera Mahkota Pg Anak (Dr) Kemaludin Al-Haj.
The other officials who attended the event which also saw the players signing their contracts were DPMM manager Pg eventWaslimin PSJ Pg Hj Abd Momin and team manager Ali Hj Momin. Marketing manager Hj Momin Hj Md Ja’afar joined Pg Waslimin for the sponsorship signing for undisclosed amounts.
DPMM FC will begin their S-League campaign against defending champions Tampines Rovers FC at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium on 11 February 2012.
