BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (11 July 2015) – TelBru – the Telekom Brunei Berhad – have come on board as the title sponsor of the Futsal Premier Cup.
Organised by the National FA of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD), the competition will now be known as TelBru Futsal Premier Cup 2015.
“This marks the first time that TelBru is giving support to NFABD’s Futsal competition, now known as the ‘TelBru Futsal Premier Cup 2015’,” said Muhd Zamri Dato Paduka Hamdani, the general secretary of NFABD.
“On this note, NFABD would like to express our deepest appreciation and gratitude to TelBru. This competition would allow NFABD to further identify talented futsal players to be called for future international futsal competitions.”
Added Lim Ming Soon, TelBru Chief Marketing Officer: “this started three years ago when we sponsored NFABD for the National Youth League Under-16 tournament.
“Since then our chairman has a strong vision to help develop the standard of football in Brunei.
“It is one of the most popular sports in the country and TelBru wants to support the development of football in the nation.”
