PETALING JAYA (Jan 21, 2008) – Monika Staab, the well-traveled FIFA Women’s Football Instructor will be spending the next several months in the Asean region to help in the development of women’s football.
Staab, is already in Malaysia at the moment under the hospitality of the FA of Malaysia (FAM) and where she will be spending time to help and train elite women footballers. Apart from training alone, Staab will also be assisting the coaches with the aim of improving the standard of their game as compared to international level. Staab will be in Malaysia until the end of the month before heading to Laos where she will be based from Feb 17-29 and then Singapore from March 1-15 and on to Indonesia from March 17-28. Her last stop in the Asean region will be to Myanmar from April 24 to May 8.
