KUALA LUMPUR (29 Sept 2012) – ARMED FORCES lived up to their top billing with a 3-2 win over defending champions Negri Sembilan at the Selayang Stadium tonight but the battle is far from over.
The visiting side did themselves a favour courtesy of a goal by Shakir Ali in the dying minutes to give them a fair chance of qualifying for the Malaysia Cup quarter-finals – they now only need to overcome a one-goal deficit in the return leg on Tuesday.
