PETALING JAYA (25 Nov 2015) – Singapore’s Lions XII will not feature in the Malaysian Super League 2016 after the FA of Malaysia (FAM) decided not to renew their Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the FA of Singapore (FAS).
The decision ends a brief but successful stay by the Lions XII, who won the Malaysian Super League in 2013 and the Malaysian FA Cup in May after returning to Malaysian football in 2012.
