NAYPYITAW (9 Dec 2013) – Champs Thailand made a scorching start to their men’s Futsal title defence when they squashed Laos 12-3 in the opening game of Group B this evening at the Naypyitaw Indoor Stadium.
The score at the end of the first half was 9-2 in favour of the Thais.
In the meantime, hosts Myanmar battled Malaysia to a 4-4 draw in a Group A tie which was played later in the evening.
