BANGKOK (9 June 2011) – Bryan Robson has left Thailand.
The 54-year-old Robson handed in the letter of resignation to the the FA of Thailand (FAT) yesterday with both parties agreeing to part company.
The former Manchester United captain underwent surgery for throat cancer three months ago with doctors optimistic that he would make a full recovery.
Robson experienced mixed fortunes with Thailand – winning just seven of 18 matches since taking charge in September 2009.
