BANGKOK (19 April 2010) – Thailand head coach Bryan Robson will have the chance to look at a batch of 25 new, young players this week as he look to prepare a squad for the Asian Games which will be held in Guangzhou, China in November.
The squad of 25 players will attend the national call-up at the Rajamangala Stadium. “The players who got the call-up were the ones that I haven’t had a chance to look at seriously. Some of them are still young and don’t get much opportunity to play in Thai Premier League,” said Robson (pix). “We’ll try to arrange another training like this again in the future, possibly in May. Then, we’ll have warm-up games. One game on for sure is against India at the beginning of September.” |
