RAMA HOLDING GROUP ON TOP

It was Rama Holding Group‘s third win in four matches after they had began the season with a drawn 6-6 match against Funan FC.

Be Putsopha scored six goals in the match (8th, 16th, 19th, 22nd, 32nd and 33rd minute) as Keo Chamnan nailed a hat-trick (11th, 25th and 33rd minute) for the easy victory.

The other goal scorers on the day were H. Socheanisay (39th minute), S. Sangvach (5th and 31st), You Heng (23rd and 39th) and Lon Chamrouen (15th and 18th).

In the meantime, Khmer Eisan moved up to third at the table with a 9-4 victory over Dai Ek Kadde.

The first half was an evenly contested affair as Dai Ek Kadde’s two goals off Tep Sovanpiseth (sixth minute) and Van Saravuth (14th minute) were cancelled out by Khmer Eisan’s Chet Chanranchana (10th) and Van Sokritya (19th).

But a flurry of goals later from Khmer Eisan off Virak (22nd, 15th and 29th minute), Nhan Sophal (38th), Chanrachana (36th), Virak (25th and 29th) and Sokritya (33rd and 39th).

Dai Ek Kadde’s two goals in the second half – Suong Virak in the 26th minute and Sovanpiseth a minute to the end – failed to stage a late charge.
