PREAH KHAN STILL TOP IN SPITE OF DRAW

PHNOM PENH (18 June 2009) – In spite of their 2-2 draw against Naga Corp FC this week, Preah Khan Reach FC still top the Cambodia Premier League 2009 – with 16 points from seven matches.

Olisa Emeka nailed a double with goals in the 36th and 50th minute as Naga then replied through Oum Thavarak (40th minute) and Meas Channa (70th) for the final scoreline.

Second at the standing is Kirivong Sok Sen Chey FC, who had a brace from J. Chukwumeka (43rd and 56th minute) to thank for their 2-1 win over Phouchung Neak FC.

Phouchung scored their only goal in the game off Pao Samnang in the 22nd minute.

In the other matches, Khemara Keila FC brushed aside Spark FC 5-2 while Build Bright United were held to a scoreless draw by National Defense Ministry FC.
