In the quarter-finals that were played at the Old Stadium, Phnom Penh Crown just did not have the answer to the defending champions splendid display when striker Khuon Laboravy finished off a cross from Sok Chan Raksmey just two minutes into the game.
In the 16th minute, Phany Rotha doubled the lead as Laboravy’s second goal on 25 minute gave Preah Khan a comfortable 3-0 advantage at the half.
A Prak Money Odoum’s penalty late in the second half completed a fine afternoon for Preah Khan as they denied Phnom Penh Crown, the Metfone C-League champions, the chance to add to the Hun Sen Cup crown they won in 2008 and 2009.
National Police on the other hand made the semi-finals after beating last year’s losing finalist Build Bright United 2-1 with the goals coming off captain Prum Puthsethy in the 62nd minute and Moeung Phanith in the 89th minute.
Build Bright’s only goal in the game came off Srey Udom in the 81st minute.

With the win, Naga will take on Chhlam Samuth, who beat Hun Sen Cup 2010 champions National Defence Ministry 7-6 in a dramatic penalty shootout.
The score at the end of regulation and extra-time was 1-1 with Oum Kumpheak scoring a sixth minute lead for National Defense that was cancelled out by a Pov Samang’s penalty in the 43rd minute.
