PHNOM PENH AND PREAH KHAN IN HUN SEN CUP SEMI FINALS

While Phnom Penh had to endure some anxious moments before they were able to carve a slim 1-0 win over Build Bright University FC, Preah Khan were in a more comfortable position as they coast to a 1-0 lead at the break before scoring two more goals in the second half against Post Tel Club.

Build Bright started the match strongly but with their inability to change the scoreline at the half, it allowed Phnom Penh to push forward before finally scoring the only goal of the game three minutes to the end from Chan Chhaya.

Preah Khan were a little more patient in their match against Post Tel Club although they did take an early lead in the tenth minute from Duong Long Vu.

They then upped the pressure in the second half for Khuon Laboravy to nail the second goal in the 57th minute before Hok Sochitra then rounded off the evening with their third and final goal four minutes to the end.

The next quarter-final matches will be played this Saturday with Phouchung Neak taking on National Defense Ministry and Ranger FC entertaining Naga Corp.
