MANILA (23 Jan 2014) – The Philippines Football Federation (PFF) have confirmed a match against Malaysia in March as part of their preparation for the AFC Challenge Cup two months later.
The friendly against the Malaysians will be played at the Selayang Stadium in Kuala Lumpur on 1 March 2014.
A match against the ASEAN All-Star has been scheduled for February where the Philippines have also been penned in for a tournament in Pakistan as well as friendlies in Dubai and Qatar before the AFC Challenge Cup in Maldives.
The PFF are now in the midst of getting a new coach following the decision not to renew the contract of Michael Weiss from Germany.
