MANILA (13 April 2013) – The Philippines national team has confirmed a friendly against Hong Kong on 4 June 2013 and is on the lookout for another test match in Manila as their run-up to the AFC Challenge Cup next year.
Team manager Dan Palami said that while the game against Hong Kong is much anticipated considering the latter’s latest run in the AFC Asian Cup qualifiers, they are still looking for another game after the chase to play Vietnam fell through.
“It will be some other team and the PFF is looking at that already,” said Palami.
