MANILA (17 August 2012) – With the return game against Indonesia cancelled, the Philippines Football Federation (PFF) have now penned in a friendly match against Bahrain on 12 October 2012 in Manama.
The Philippines had wanted to play a return match against Indonesia in Jakarta – a replay of their game in Manila in June that had ended in a 2-2 draw.
But with neither the PFF nor the FA of Indonesia (PSSI) able to agree on a suitable date, the game has been called off altogether.
