MANILA (28 August 2012) – The Philippines national team have added a date against Kuwait in October as part of their preparation for the AFF Suzuki Cup 2012 in November.
The side which had made the runners-up of the biennial championship two years ago will play Kuwait on 16 October. The match will take place at the end of the training camp in the Middle East which also included a game against Bahrain on 12 October 2012.
In total, the Philippines national side will play a total of nine matches in the run-up to the big event which will see them play a hefty six friendly games in September alone.
