MANILA (17 Nov 2016) – To make sure that the Philippines national side will get the support they needed for this year’s AFF Suzuki Cup 2016, the Philippines Football Federation (PFF) have made arrangements for cheaper bus fares to the Philippine Sports Stadium.
There are currently no direct public transportation to the venue, where fans only needed to pay 55PHP (USD 1.20) for a round-trip bus ride from a terminal at Trinoma Mall in Quezon City to the Philippine Sports Stadium.
“We have arranged for buses. In the past, 300PHP but now, it’s down to 55PHP (USD6),” said Ed Gastanes, the general secretary of the PFF.
The 2016 AFF Suzuki Cup starts on Saturday at the Philippine Sports Stadium with Thailand taking on Indonesia in the first game before the Philippines entertain Singapore in the second match.
