JAKARTA (12 July 2010) – Persibo Bojonegoro FC have started renovation works to their Stadion Letjen H Soedirman in time for the new season of the Indonesia Super League (ISL).
Initially, the renovation and refurbishment works will cover the match officials area, the press conference room and also the ‘live’ studio room. “For the match officials, we just need to add a wash room to the existing area so we feel confident that we can get things ready in time for the start of the new season,” said Andi Tjandra, who is in charge of the renovation work. For the press conference room, it will be situated south of the main stand with an extension being built so as to allow for bigger space and more representatives from the media. “The north game will be demolished so as to accommodate the ‘live’ studio room. We are also making adjustments to the players’ entrance to the stadium, so that they need not go through the main gate. We would like to make sure that the main gate is kept sterile of too much traffic,” he explained. Added Agus Susanto Rismanto: “other than making sure that the renovation work is done on time, we also want to make sure that the lighting at the stadium will also meet the specification before the ISL kick-off.” |
