BURIRAM (27 July 2013) – Javier Patino scored the only goal of the game to give Buriram United a 1-0 win over Insee Police United in the Thai Premier League (TPL) this week.
Following a first-half deadlock, a poor clearance from Sompop Nilwong allowed Patino the easiest of tap-ins for Buriram to open up a six point lead at the top of the standings.
After 19 matches, Buriram have picked up 47 points while defending champions Muang Thong United are six points adrift but having played a game less.
