YANGON (22 July 2015) – It is exactly one month to go to the big show when the Asean Football Federation (AFF) unveil who is the best of the best in the second edition of the AFF Awards.
While two years ago, the AFF Awards was held in the coastal city of Kuantan in Malaysia, this time round the event will be held in charming Yangon – the capital of Myanmar.
So who will emerge winners this time round on the night of 22 August?
Two years ago, Singapore emerged as the big winners with six awards including for Best Striker for Shahril Ishak and also for Best Coach for Radojko Avramovic.
This follows the island republic’s win of the AFF Suzuki Cup in 2012.
Will this year’s script follow along similar lines following Thailand’s win of the AFF Suzuki Cup in 2014?
Your guess is as good as mine.
