BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (3 March 2014) – The National FA of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD) have appointed Muhd Zamri Dato Paduka Hamdani as the new general secretary.
He replaced Mohd Noor Abdullah, who decided to retire this week.
“I’m honoured and privileged to be given the trust,” said Muhd Zamri, who is also the vice-president of the Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council (BDNOC).
“It is a huge challenge for me and I will try my best to ensure that football development programmes are carried out accordingly.
“I hope my little experience as a footballer and the team spirit shown by the officials and staff of NFABD, and of course the guidance given by HRH (NFABD President HRH Prince Hj Sufri Bolkiah), will help me in my tasks.”
Muhd Zamri is also the Deputy Director II of the Brunei Department of Youth and Sports.
