HO CHI MINH CITY (19 March 2015) – The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) have decided on a change in format when the Futsal League takes off on 29 March.
Previously, the National League saw the ten competing teams being divided into two groups. The top two teams from each group then advance to the semi-finals and final stages.
But this time round, instead of just the top two teams from each group making the next round, there will be four.
The eight teams will then play in a round robin competition to decide on the overall champion.
The champion will win VND80 million (USD 3,800).
