BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (7 May 2014) – MS ABDB (Royal Brunei Armed Forces Sports Council) failed to close in on leaders Indera SC when they could only managed a 1-1 draw against Wijaya FC in the DST Super League tie at the Berakas Sports Complex.
MS ABDB had missed a hatful of chances including a botched penalty at the hour mark, as Wijaya seemed content to absorb the pressure to walk away with the one point in the bag.
“It was a bit disappointing to drop two points, but my players tried their best in the game and we were very unlucky to not convert any of the chances,” said MS ABDB manager Major Pg Muhd Mufid Pg Umar Ariffin.
