YANGON (5 July 2013) – A late strike in the second half from Martin gave Zeyar Shwe Myay a hard fought 1-0 win over Magwe on the 16th matchday of the Myanmar National League 2013.
With the score tied scoreless at the end of the first half, Martin struck the winner on 75th minute to allow Zeyar to put the pressure on league leaders and defending champions Yangon United.
In the meantime, early pace setter Yadanarbon FC were also winners on the weekend when they disposed of Ayeyawady FC 1-0 with Aung Myint Aye scoring the only goal of the game in the 21st minute.
