The elections will be held at the Congress, which takes place on January 6, 2011 in Doha, Qatar.

The following is a list of positions on the AFC Executive Committee that are up for elections and the candidates who have applied to contest the positions.

For the AFC Congress itself, Associate Member Northern Mariana Islands FA shall not have the right to vote and hold office while the Brunei FA, which is currently suspended by FIFA, will be able to exercise their rights only if the suspension is lifted.
