YANGON (3 May 2014) – Radaojko Avramovic’s reign in Myanmar begun on a positive note when a strike from Nay Lin Tun three minutes to the end gave them a 2-1 win over Singapore’s LIONSXII in a friendly at the Youth Training Centre in Thuwunna.
Striker Kyaw Ko Ko had given Myanmar the best of start with the lead after 34 minutes but Gabriel Quak was quick with the equalizer for the visitors just two minutes later.
But just when things seem to be heading for a stalemate, Lin Tun came in right at the end to pop in the winning goal.
