VIENTIANE (19 May 2015) – The Laos Under-23 team got their preparation for the SEA Games at the end of the month on the right note when they edged Rangsit FC 3-1 in a friendly that was played at the Bangkok Glass Stadium last night.
Rangsit, who play in the Thai Regional League, were no match for the Laos U23 side when they conceded early in the 15th minute through Vilayouth Xaiyabounxou.
Khonesavanh Sihavong then added the second goal in the 38th minute as Sitthideth Khanthavong then finished things off in the 63rd minute. Rangsit pulled a goal back late in the game.
