JOHOR BAHRU (26 June 2014) – Star-studded Johor Darul Takzim tasted success in Kuching when they were crowned as the new Super League champions with a 1-0 win over Sarawak in their final match of the season and earn themselves a place in next year’s AFC Champions League play-offs.
The Southern Tiger’s Argentine connection made it count when Pereyra Diaz netted the all important winner in the 66th minute after being set up by Luciano Figueroa.
