MANDALAY (21 June 2013) – The Japan Under-23 team and also Jordan have been confirmed for the AFF Women’s Championship that will be played in Mandalay, Myanmar on 9-22 Sept, 2013.
The younger squad of Japan has been placed in Group B against hosts Myanmar, Laos, Philippines and Indonesia. In Group A are Jordan, Australia, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia.
Vietnam are the defending champions.
