JAKARTA (18 July 2014) – The Indonesia Under-23 team will take on AS Roma in a friendly later tonight, as part of their preparation for the Asian Games in South Korea in September.
Chief coach Aji Santoso said that the team is in the best of condition with the players all raring to go.
“The players have to maintain the right tempo to be at the right physical condition. This is important as it is very hot here and the players must be efficient in their play,” said Aji.
Since their arrival into Rome, the team has been working very hard to improve their defending as well as making sure that they sharpened up their finishing and shooting skills.
