JAKARTA (31 March 2014) – An own goal from M. Roby slumped Indonesia to a 1-0 loss to Cuba in a friendly that was played on the weekend during their tour of Spain.
The team which had recently beaten Andorra by the same scoreline, could not notch up their second win in a row when Roby put the ball into his own net at the half hour mark at the Luis Suner Pico Alzira Stadium in Valencia.
Following the win in the first match, Indonesia began confidently against Cuba but in spite of all chances they they were presented with, neither Raphael Maitimo, nor Achmad Jufriyanto or Ferdinand Sinaga could make it count.
