JAKARTA (9 Sept 2012) – With an eye on improving their current 168th world rankings, Indonesia are confident of beating DPR Korea in the SCTV Cup tomorrow.
The SCTV Cup will start tonight at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium and which will feature the Indonesia U23 side taking on their counterparts from Malaysia before the Indonesia-DPR Korea clash tomorrow evening.
“Sure they have the quality and also good combination play but they also have weaknesses. And that is something which we must exploit to win the tie,” said Habil Marati, the team manager of the Indonesia national team.
DPR Korea will be bringing with them for players who had played at the last FIFA World Cup in South Africa. The four are Ri Myong Guk, Pak Nam Chol, Ri Myong Chol and Ri Kwang Hyok.
“Now that Titus Bonai is in the squad, he will partner Irfan (Bachdim) up front. So we are quite optimistic,” added Habil.
